The franchiser, [Name of the franchiser], and the franchisee, [Name of the franchisee], as set forth in their franchise agreement on [Date of the agreement] and as witnessed by [Name of the witness], have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions:
In the case that franchisee deems it necessary for further and or additional training for employees, both parties must come to an agreement of location, date, and time. Also the franchisee understand that cost must be absorbed by the franchisee for his or her employees and may have to assume responsibility for trainers time, travel and lodging with in reason.
